Service & Repairs Spot-On provides a total service facility for all its lasers and accessories and handles all warranty issues and repairs on-site. We are happy to quote on all repairs and can re-calibrate and repair most makes and models of lasers. Simply download an ?In-coming Service Form?, detailing the problem, contact information and delivery address. Then send us the instrument along with its accessories (detector, remote, charger and case) and we will evaluate it and quote on the repair or re-calibration. On your approval we will repair/re-calibrate your unit. Most repairs or re-calibration can be completed with 48hrs of receipt of you approval to proceed. Note: Lasers and opticals should ALWAYS be shipped in their cases to protect them during transport and Spot-on may decline to return units shipped without their cases due damage which may occur in transport. Proof of purchase must also be supplied for Powerline products coming back for warranty claims. All freight costs are the responsibility of the sender.
