Spot‑on has been taking on bigger and bigger challenges over the past few years, reaching out to new retail partners, introducing new, innovative models to our lineup of laser levels and products, improving customer service, and making a push into New Zealand. It has been an amazing period of growth.
Our team has been stretching themselves and coping admirably as we moved up. But there comes a point where you just simply need more facilities and capacity. More offices, more desks, more space, more headroom for the future.
So after working tirelessly over the Queen's Birthday long weekend, we are super proud to say that as of this week, Spot‑on has a new home, and our head office is now located at 77 Barwon Terrace in South Geelong, VIC.
As a result, we now have a sales floor that's seven times as big as before, a service department with more room than ever to process calibrations and repairs with higher efficiency, and one single warehouse that combines our previous three separate storage facilities, with capacity to spare.
But though we have tried as best as we could to get everything switched over in the space of four days, there is still more work to be done before the transition is complete. We're aiming to be back up to full speed within the week, so please bear with us as we tie up the loose ends, and pardon our dust.
Thrilling times are ahead for Spot‑on, and we think our customers — you — will be just as excited as we push the market forward for laser tools.
