Laser level calibrations and repairs
We can calibrate and repair all makes and models of laser and optical measurement products where possible, excluding those that fall under one of the criteria below:
- The instrument model is unable to be calibrated and/or repaired due to its design.
- Spare parts being no longer available.
When sending in a repair, be sure to fill out the Incoming Services form.
Please note that all measurement products that are being sent to us for repairs and/or calibrations should always be shipped in their protective carry cases or carry bags and be packed securely and shipped with a courier or transport company that provides tracking information.
A copy of the original invoice or receipt must be supplied with any product that is being returned for a warranty claim.
Failure to supply a copy of original invoice or receipt during a warranty claim may result in delays in the warranty claim process.
For the convenience of our customers, Spot‑on has set up a network of service centres throughout Australia and New Zealand.
Reminder: repairs and calibrations not performed by our service centres will void your warranty.
