Spot-on Warranty Information and Product Registration
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Spot‑on offers warranties of up to ten years depending on the brand, make, and model. All warranties come unconditional and do not require any registration unless otherwise stated on the individual product or in a promotional offer.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
We do encourage you to register your product with us. Doing so is not mandatory, but it will assist the Spot‑on team in verifying ownership and contact details should your product be in for a service, repair, or warranty.
For eligible General Titanium Series laser levels, registering your new product within 30 days of purchase also extends the warranty of your product from three years to seven years.
The registration process can also be a benefit in cases where a product has been lost or stolen. If Spot‑on is contacted by a third‐party, eg police, about your product, we can then use these details to get in touch with you.
Where to Find Your Serial Numbers
- Depending on the model, the product's serial number may be on the body of the unit or inside its battery compartment. It should be printed on a yellow, red, or white label.
- Certain products within the Spot'on range are provided with a Customer Support Card as well. On the rear of the card is your unique Customer Support Card number.
