Spot-on’s New Website, New Service for Your Laser Levels
August 14 2014Hello there, and welcome. If you’ve been to our site before, you may notice that things look a bit different. That’s right, we got ourselves a new Internet thing!
As we post this, most of the functionality from the old website should have been brought over. If there’s something that should be there but you can’t find it, chances are it’s one of the last few things left on our to‑do list, and it should be returning soon. In the meantime, feel free to contact us, and we’ll be more than happy to help you out.
One of the new things we can do with our site here is directly give you news updates. So without further ado…
Free Calibrations*
As of 1 August, 2014, select models from the following Spot‑on brands are eligible to claim up-to two free calibrations each year for the warranty period of the product:
- General
- Powerline
- Extreme
Terms and conditions: Maximum two free calibrations per year. The two free calibrations per year will expire if not claimed within a twelve month period. The free calibrations are two per year for the warranty life specified for the product. These free calibrations are non-transferrable. These free calibrations exclude any and all additional labour charges or parts charges required before a calibration can be completed. These free calibrations exclude any and all freight charges to our authorised service centres.
*Please note: the Free Calibration program has ended. Any purchases of the above listed brands made between 1st August 2014 and 31st December 2018 are eligible for the Free Calibration program. Purchases made after the 31st of December 2018 are ineligible to participate in the free calibration program. Click here for more information.
Loan Lasers
“But what am I to do while my laser is in for a calibration?” you ask. “I can’t get any work done without it.” Don’t worry, we’ve thought of that too.
When you get your product sent in through a stockist, they can offer to lend you one of our lovely, blue loan lasers. That way, you’re not left empty-handed and tool‑less.
So to summarise:
- Pardon our dust as our new website settles down. Things will be back to normal as soon as possible, but you can contact us in the meantime if you’re having any issues with it.
- Your Spot‑on laser now comes with two free calibrations for each year of its warranty period. Get them checked.
- If you get your laser sent in for a calibration through a stockist, they can offer you a loan laser to tide you over.
